HOW TO ADOPT A SEVA FAMILY

Did you know that of the 900-plus low-income families Seva food Bank serves in Mississauga every month, more than 26 per cent are four-member households?

For every $125 you donate, the food bank provides one vulnerable family of four with a monthly food hamper containing nutritious and culturally appropriate food items. Each hamper contains lentils, flour, rice, cooking oil, fresh produce, milk, beans, sugar, salt, tea/coffee, snacks, baby food and feminine hygiene products.
