Name: Nikki Barot. Nikki means goddess of victory.

Currently: I am an insurance advisor, model and style blogger.

Favourite colours: Blue and black.

Favourite designer: Anything comfortable, yet stylish. My favourite designer is Sabyasachi.

Favourite bollywood star: Shah Rukh Khan, my first love.

Favourite hollywood stars: Ryan Gosling and Tom Hardy.

Favourite movies: Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and Pursuit of Happyness.

Favourite song: My favourite song depends on my mood, but I am a big time Bollywood buff, and 90s Hindi songs are my jam.

Favourite tv show: Friends. favourite ice cream flavours: Raspberry and blueberry.

Favourite cuisine: Mexican and Indian. I like my food spicy.

Favourite restaurant: I like to try different restaurants, as every restaurant has something unique to offer.

Favourite sport: Badminton. favourite sportsperson: Rahul Dravid.

Favourite books: I like to read mystery and thriller novels. They keep my mind engaged and force me to think while reading.

Favourite activities: Dancing, painting and reading.

I hang out: At coffee shops in downtown Toronto. I like to visit different cafes, and try out coffee, special treats, and the different experience each place has to offer.

I’m freaked out by: Cats.

I need: A month-long vacation, somewhere on a European island. Every year.

I want to be: Surrounded by happy, inspirational and positive people who will motivate me to be the best version of myself.

My role models: All women out there who are defying all odds, breaking the glass ceiling and creating a niche for themselves.

Tips to save the planet: Reduce the use of plastic and water, try to recycle as much as you can. in a perfect world: There will be more acceptance, companionship and shared happiness.
