Name: Sara Kast. Sara is the Muslim name my mother liked most. Sara was the wife of Ibrahim.
What the Miss Pakistan National 2022 title means to me: It is an honour and the chance to have a great journey. The chance to bring changes. How people around the world think about Pakistan and also I hope to have a positive impact on society and people’s views towards sustainability.
Currently: I’m doing my Masters in Zoology.

Favourite Hollywood star: Anne Hathaway.
Favourite movie: Finding Nemo.
Favourite singer: Zaz.
Favourite song: Je veux (Zaz).
Favourite TV show: Let’s Dance.
Favourite ice cream flavour: Cookie dough.
Favourite cuisine: African.
Favourite place to eat: At home!
Favourite sport: Synchronized swimming.

Favourite activity: Spending time with my animals.
I hang out: With friends or my alpacas.
I’m freaked out by: People who are not honest (when they say yes but think no).
I need: My friends and family around me.
I want to be: A scientist and also fight for those who are overlooked, especially children and women, and also our planet.
My role model: Waris Dirie. She started her career as a model and she spoke up about her own fate. Her fight against female genital mutilations began over 20 years ago.
Tips to save the planet: Take small steps like switching off the light when you leave a room, buying only what you really need, putting your waste in the designated bins.
In a perfect world: Each person would have the same chances in life wherever he/she lives or where they come from.
